Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide.


Can I change or cancel my order?
As we strive to process orders quickly, you must request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. Requests made after this time will not be accommodated. However, you may return the order for a full refund once you receive it.


What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including VISA, Mastercard, and AMEX, as well as PayPal payments.


When will my order be processed?
Orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for processing during holidays and sale seasons.

  • Orders are processed between Monday and Friday.
  • Your order will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after processing.
  • We do not ship orders on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, orders may take 2-4 weeks to arrive.


What if I don't receive my order?
If you do not receive your order within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.


Will I be charged customs and taxes?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars. However, you may be responsible for paying import duties, taxes, and related customs fees, which are determined by your local customs office.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
